Terms of service

These terms set the rules for using SiamMeet, including account eligibility, user-generated content, moderation, safety, and account termination.

Effective 13 July 2026

Accepting these terms

By creating a SiamMeet account and explicitly accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you agree to follow them while using the service. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an account.

SiamMeet is the operator of the service described in these terms. The service is focused on dating, friendship, and social discovery in Thailand; it is not an escort, adult-services, or commercial solicitation marketplace.

Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
  • Provide accurate account and profile information and use only your own account.
  • Keep credentials private, use a unique password, and notify SiamMeet through available support channels if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Do not create a new account to evade a suspension, ban, block, safety restriction, or prior enforcement decision.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent age, identity, location, relationship intent, or affiliation.

User-generated content

You retain responsibility for profile text, photos, introductions, messages, posts, stories, comments, and other content you submit. Only share content you have the right and permission to use. Do not post private information about another person without permission.

You give SiamMeet a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, format, display, transmit, moderate, and process your content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited copies required for safety, dispute, legal, or backup purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

SiamMeet may reject, limit, remove, preserve, or review content when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, investigate a report, or comply with valid process. A profile-review badge means the submitted profile/media passed a SiamMeet moderation review; it is not identity certification.

Prohibited conduct and content

  • Any sexual content involving minors, grooming, sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or attempts to obtain such content.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, stalking, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, intimate-image abuse, or sharing another person's personal information.
  • Scams, money requests, investment or crypto schemes, phishing, malware, spam, automated scraping, fake engagement, or manipulation of app systems.
  • Impersonation, deceptive profiles, stolen media, solicitation, paid arrangements, trafficking, prostitution, or promotion of illegal goods or services.
  • Violence, credible threats, instructions for serious wrongdoing, or content that creates a material risk of harm.
  • Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, interference with service operation, or using SiamMeet data to train models or build competing datasets without written permission.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. See the Child Safety Standards for reporting and response details.

Safety, reporting, and blocking

Dating and meeting people involve inherent risk. A profile review, compatibility score, or other signal cannot guarantee identity, intent, conduct, or safety. Use judgment, keep early conversations on-platform, never send money, and meet in a public place when you choose to meet.

Use in-app Report for suspected scams, harassment, underage use, child-safety concerns, impersonation, solicitation, or dangerous behavior. Blocking immediately prevents new direct contact through the affected account. SiamMeet may use automated risk signals to prioritize human review, but enforcement decisions can involve context and are not guaranteed to be immediate.

Subscriptions and service changes

If paid features are offered, the app store processes the purchase and its purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms apply. Feature access may depend on the subscription entitlement supplied by that provider. SiamMeet will show pricing and material conditions before purchase.

Features may change to improve safety, reliability, or product quality. SiamMeet may temporarily limit a feature or account when required to investigate abuse, protect the service, or respond to operational problems.

Enforcement and ending an account

SiamMeet may warn, remove content, restrict visibility or features, suspend, or terminate an account when there is a reasonable basis to believe these terms or safety standards were violated. Severe or urgent risks can lead to action without advance notice. Information may be preserved or disclosed where necessary for a safety investigation or valid legal process.

You may stop using SiamMeet at any time. Use the in-app deletion control or the web deletion request. Deletion is not necessarily immediate because the request may require identity verification and a limited safety or legal hold may apply.

Service availability and responsibility

SiamMeet is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it secure and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted access, successful matches, or that every member statement is accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for your conduct, content, and decisions to communicate with or meet another person. SiamMeet is not a party to interactions or arrangements between members.

Updates and support

Material updates will be reflected in the effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice or renewed acceptance. Visit Support for the currently available help and safety channels.
