SiamMeet support

Choose the channel that preserves the context needed to resolve your concern. Never send passwords, one-time codes, payment details, or illegal imagery.

Effective 13 July 2026

Safety report about a member or content

Use Report on the relevant profile, message, photo, post, comment, story, or introduction inside SiamMeet. This gives the safety team the target and account context needed for review. Use Block separately when you want direct contact to stop immediately.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. SiamMeet reporting and support are not emergency response services.

Underage use or child-safety concern

Use in-app Report and select the underage or child-safety reason. Do not download, copy, or forward suspected illegal imagery. Read the Child Safety and CSAE Standards for SiamMeet's rules and response practices.

Account and privacy help

  • Correct profile details from Edit profile in the app.
  • Change discovery visibility and privacy controls from Safety & Privacy.
  • Manage app-store subscriptions from the store account used to purchase them.
  • Use the authenticated Delete account flow when you can sign in.
  • If the app is unavailable but you know the account credentials, submit the verified public deletion request.

What to include in a report

Describe what happened, when it happened, and which account or content is involved. Keep the description factual. Do not submit your password, authentication code, full payment details, government identity documents, or copies of child sexual abuse material.

Available support channels

Signed-in members can use in-product reporting and account controls. The public website currently provides the deletion-request channel above. Additional public support intake should not be assumed unless it is shown on this page or inside the app.
