Child safety

Child Safety and CSAE Standards

SiamMeet is an adults-only service with zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, or sexualized content involving minors.

Effective 13 July 2026

Adults only

SiamMeet does not permit anyone under 18 to create or use an account. Members must provide a date of birth and confirm they meet the age requirement. We may restrict an account while investigating suspected underage use or age misrepresentation.

Zero-tolerance conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material or any content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
  • Grooming, sexual communication with a minor, requesting sexual content from a minor, or arranging sexual contact with a minor.
  • Sexualized images, text, role-play, or comments involving a person known or represented to be under 18, including self-generated content.
  • Sextortion, trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, coercion, or threats involving a minor.
  • Sharing, soliciting, linking to, storing, or attempting to obtain child sexual abuse or exploitation material.
Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material in order to report it. Preserve the account/content context by using the in-app Report control.

Reporting a concern

If a SiamMeet member or piece of content is involved, use the in-app Report control and choose the underage or child-safety reason. Add concise factual context. Blocking can be used immediately to stop direct contact, but please also report so the safety team can assess the account and content.

If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority first. The Support page lists the available SiamMeet channels but is not an emergency service.

SiamMeet response

  • Prioritize reports indicating underage use, grooming, CSAE, sextortion, trafficking, or imminent harm.
  • Restrict access or visibility when necessary to protect people and preserve the integrity of a review.
  • Remove prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts when there is a reasonable basis for enforcement.
  • Preserve limited evidence and safety records where necessary for investigation, repeat-abuse prevention, or valid legal requirements.
  • Report apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation to relevant authorities or designated reporting organizations when required or appropriate, and cooperate with valid investigations.

Child-safety contact channel

SiamMeet's designated child-safety intake for members is the in-app Report flow, which securely attaches the relevant account or content context to the report. Non-members and people who cannot access an account should follow the current guidance on Support. Do not send illegal imagery through a general support channel.

Review and training

These standards apply to members, user-generated content, and SiamMeet moderation operations. They are reviewed as the service, safety risks, and reporting obligations change. Moderation access is limited to authorized roles and child-safety concerns are handled as sensitive safety information.
